Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to all registered players at Empire.io who are aged 18 years or over from May 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023.
2. The winner of the promotion will receive a trip for themselves and one guest on a yacht for 4 days in Malta during the month of August. The exact dates of the trip will be arranged with the winner by our team.
3. The winner may choose to receive an equivalent cash prize instead of the yacht trip, which will be arranged with our team.
4. To enter the promotion, players must participate in any of the four Bombay tournaments taking place during the month of May and place in the top 10 on the leaderboard. Players will receive one raffle ticket per tournament for their placement on the leaderboard.
5. Raffle tickets will be sent to players via email within 24 hours after the end of each Bombay tournament.
6. The winner of the raffle will be selected at random and announced on June 1st, 2023, via email.
7. The winner must provide their full name, contact details, and confirmation of their eligibility to claim the prize within 72 hours of being notified of their win. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited.
8. The yacht trip prize includes accommodation, and all-inclusive yacht rental for 4 days in Malta. Any additional expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner.
9. By participating in the promotion, players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the casino, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The casino reserves the right to disqualify any player who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the promotion in any way. The casino also reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time, without notice.
10. The casino is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur during the promotion. The casino is also not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or their property, or for any other liabilities that may arise from participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
11. By participating in the promotion, players agree to release and hold harmless the casino, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
12. By participating in the promotion, players agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the casino for the purposes of administering the promotion and delivering the prize.
