Terms and Conditions for Aviatrix - "Take a Flight, Win Tonight!" Promotion

1. General Terms
1.1. The Aviatrix "Take a Flight, Win Tonight!" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organized by Aviatrix and will run from March 1st, 2025, to May 31st, 2025.
1.2. The Promotion features a total prize pool of €4,000,000, with daily prize payouts occurring from March 1st, 2025, to May 31st, 2025.
1.3. There is no minimum bet amount required to participate in the Promotion.
1.4. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Participation
2.1. To participate in a daily tournament, a player must meet the following criteria:

• Stage 1: The player must place at least one bet with an NFT aircraft within 24 hours.

• Stage 2: If the player's aircraft wins the daily tournament, the player must claim their reward.
  2.2. The winnings from the daily tournament depend on the aircraft's overall game experience. The more game experience an aircraft has, the larger the reward.
  2.3. Each bet placed will grant the player points equivalent to the bet amount. These points will be summed and displayed in the score table.
  2.4. The score table will be available in the Aviatrix game interface and updated in real time.
  2.5. In case of a tie in points among participants, the player who achieved the score earlier will be ranked higher.
  2.6. Each participant can use only one game account but can use an unlimited number of NFT aircraft.

3. Prize Distribution and Claiming Rewards
3.1. The selection of winners and distribution of cash rewards will take place daily at 19:00 UTC.
3.2. The more game turnover a player has, the higher the chances of winning.
3.3. The minimum bet made by one aircraft is considered as one chance (ticket). The chances of all other participating aircraft are proportional to this minimum turnover.
3.4. Once a player advances to Stage 2, they will receive winnings based on their total game experience (the cumulative amount of bets placed). The greater the game experience, the larger the cash reward.
3.5. To receive a cash prize, the user must click on the "Claim Prize" button. The winnings will then be credited to the user's account.
3.6. Cash prizes do not require any wagering and can be used for gameplay or withdrawal.

4. Operator Guidelines
4.1. The Promotion is integrated into the game by default and cannot be disabled at the operator’s request.
4.2. Operators may add the following clause to their website at their discretion:
"The casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. The casino also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time. Previous terms and offers will be honored for players claiming up until the time of any change in the offer."

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. Aviatrix reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to manipulate the outcome of the Promotion.
5.2. Aviatrix reserves the right to make changes to the Promotion, including but not limited to prize allocation, event dates, and eligibility criteria.
5.3. In case of disputes, Aviatrix’s decision shall be final and binding.
5.4. Players must ensure that participation in the Promotion is legal in their jurisdiction. Aviatrix is not responsible for any legal restrictions players may face.
5.5. By participating in this Promotion, players agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
